Making a manufacturing process lean means making it streamlined. Over the years that I’ve worked at Manufacturing-Works I’ve dealt with many aspects of Lean Manufacturing. I’ve helped with the training sessions, but mostly my job has been to help M-W sell Lean training to companies around Wyoming.
